Execute direct sales collection management with excellence, ensuring effective portfolio recovery through telephone contact and direct negotiation with clients. Additionally, meet recovery goals by maintaining healthy business relationships aligned with financial objectives.

Some of your functions will be:

\ • Execute assigned portfolio recovery plans.
\ • Control and record procedures in internal systems.
\ • Analyze basic recovery indicators and report progress.
\ • Raise preventive alerts and trends for decision making.
