ELECTRICAL INCIDENCE MANAGER – CFE

Requirements:
- Education: Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or similar (truncated or intern).
- Knowledge of electrical installations and medium and high voltage regulations.
- Comprehensive management of electrical incidents from detection to closure.
- Monitoring and analysis of electricity supply and infrastructure events
- Experience in management with CFE (bills, complaint letters in electrical service, report 071).
- Coordination with CFE to address failures, scheduled maintenance and emergencies
- Management of the 24/7 service desk for the Wholesale Electricity Market.
- Management of incidents and electrical failures in medium and high voltage.
- Knowledge of electrical measurement equipment:
-- Transformers
-- Meters
-- TCs
