We are looking for a project manager specialized in omnichannel and telephony to manage projects from planning to final delivery. The selected person will work in complex systems integration and data architecture environments, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring project execution.
Responsibilities:
Manage omnichannel and telephony projects from planning to successful delivery.
Coordinate projects involving systems integration and data architecture.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines, scope and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure project execution.
Organize follow-up meetings, control actions and communicate the status of the project.
Identify project risks and define mitigation plans.
Maintain project documentation, business flows, retrospectives and status reports.
Communicate progress, risks and technical aspects to technical and business stakeholders.
Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with standards and good practices.
Requirements:
More than 5 years of experience in project management, release management or release train engineering.
Experience in omnichannel and telephony projects.
Knowledge of systems integration and data architecture.
Experience managing multiple projects in parallel in multidisciplinary environments.
Communication and management skills of technical and business stakeholders.
Experience with Agile, Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
Experience in risk management, problem resolution and incident escalation.
Use of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Capacity for organization, documentation and process improvement.
