Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager / Facilitator who is responsible for orchestrating, coordinating and giving visibility to the comprehensive progress of strategic initiatives, articulating multidisciplinary teams, process experts, technical areas and suppliers, with a focus on meeting milestones, risk management and continuous improvement.
This role will have a transversal view of the project, facilitating execution, unblocking impediments and ensuring correct alignment between planning, operation and business objectives.

Orchestrate the comprehensive planning of the different project tracks, raising activities, critical milestones and dependencies.
Coordinate and facilitate monitoring instances with internal teams, stakeholders and suppliers, timely raising progress, risks and deviations.
Design and implement metrics, control dashboards, executive reports and progress presentations for different levels of the organization.
Carry out continuous monitoring of agreements, commitments, impediments and action plans, ensuring timely closure.
Coordinate transversal requirements with different areas of the company to enable the correct execution of the project.
Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, governance and the team's operational model, proposing initiatives that enhance execution.
Ensure correct alignment between strategic planning and operational execution.
Facilitate collaborative dynamics that accelerate decision-making and remove blockages.
Training:
Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Computer Engineering or related career.
Experience:
+6 years of total work experience. +5 years leading or coordinating Project Management initiatives. Proven experience in traditional (Waterfall) and agile (Agile / Scrum / Kanban) projects. Experience working with suppliers, PMO and multiple stakeholders.
Technical knowledge:
Advanced Jira management. Mastery of executive reporting tools (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, dashboards). KPIs management, planning, monitoring and risk control. Knowledge of continuous improvement and process optimization.
