Act as a facilitator between development teams, stakeholders, business areas, and operations.
Lead sprint planning and facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Participate in the ideation stage by co-creating with your business partner and manage the requirement throughout the development cycle.
Manage the backlog together with the Product Owner, ensuring clarity, priority and alignment to the product objective.
Ensure the elimination of impediments that affect the Scrum team's workflow.
Promote continuous improvement of the team, facilitating retrospectives and monitoring of actions.
Coordinate with other teams or external stakeholders when integration or dependencies are required.

Requirements:
Academic Training:
Degree in Computer Engineering, Computing, Systems or related field.
Experience:
3+ years leading technology projects under agile frameworks, especially Scrum.
Participation in software development projects, process automation or implementation of digital solutions.
Experience in projects that involve data processing: Extractions, Transformations, in Cloud environments.
Competencies and Skills:
Collaborative leadership and change management.
Excellent communication and active listening.
Adaptive thinking and focus on value delivery.
Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate decision-making in changing environments.

Academic Training:
Specialization in Organizational Agility or Agile Project Management desirable.
Desirable certifications:
Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II)
