Job Description

Manage and supervise stock control, ensuring correct traceability of merchandise and documentation.
Coordinate and track loading and unloading of merchandise, including refrigerated transport operations (frigo).
Monitor trucks on route nationally and internationally using GPS systems, reporting incidents and eventualities to clients and internal teams.
Carry out operational monitoring during different time slots, including mornings, afternoons and weekends according to the needs of the service.
Support the geolocation and connection of transport units through tracking platforms and mobile devices.
Manage the upload and update of documentation on external platforms and internal systems.
Prepare and manage quotes, as well as provide support in purchasing and supply processes.
Provide operational support to the various teams during periods of high demand.
Prepare reports and administrative controls using advanced Excel for the analysis and monitoring of operational indicators.
Maintain effective communication with clients, carriers and internal teams, guaranteeing a quick response to incidents and work under pressure.
