Job Description

Objective:\nCarry out sales management, be the image that represents the brand to customers.\n\nResponsibilities:\nPerform commercial functions, market prospecting/new clients and sales for Tramontina product lines.\nTrain, train, update and support account executives, promoters and points of sale (Clients) and Tramontina sales force.\nCommunication with the structure (Panama) and the different Tramontina factories (Brazil) to align strategies, orders, prices, quantities and any type of process information with customers and/or the market.\nMonitoring and control of customer quotation and order processes, from their creation, through their monitoring and/or definition, to confirmation and arrival to the customer at destination.\nAnalysis of the customer's portfolio, market and Tramontina products for the presentation of offers, seeking to increase the mix and strengthening the brand in the market\nTravel and transfers in the city, within Guatemala and on some occasions abroad, mainly to Brazil and/or Panama.\nPerform all the functions of the position and those assigned by your immediate boss or superior.\nVisit clients, sales points and give training 3 to 4 times a week.\n\nRequirements:\nProfessional, student or graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields\n2 years of experience in similar positions, providing follow-up to pre- and institutional sales, developing markets and moving markets.\nExperience in international sales, import and export (Desirable).\nKnowledge in customer service, follow-up of client portfolio\nGood command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\nIntermediate English.\n\nWe offer:\nRegular training, private insurance, food voucher and cell phone plan.\nExpenses such as stationery, printing, fuel, mobilization + the food voucher\nHome Office and/or Coworking",
