We are looking for a self-employed, proactive, organized professional with excellent communication skills to collaborate in the comprehensive management of properties in Spain remotely.
It is an opportunity to work on a real estate project with a human approach, oriented to service, responsibility, honesty and good treatment of people. We especially value people who share principles of integrity, commitment, respect, a vocation to help and Christian values ​​applied to daily work.
The selected person will receive initial training in our proprietary property management system and will work following established processes.
Main responsibilities
•\ Search and selection of tenants through online platforms.
•\ Personalized attention to tenants before, during and after their stay.
•\ Clear, friendly and professional communication with tenants, owners, suppliers and local teams.
•\ Resolution and monitoring of incidents.
•\ Administrative and documentary management related to rentals, entries, exits, payments and contracts.
•\ Coordination with local teams for maintenance, cleaning, repairs and care of properties.
•\ Supervision and optimization of resources.
•\ Task monitoring using digital management tools.
Requirements
•\ Experience or interest in property management, customer service, administration or service coordination.
•\ Very good oral and written communication skills.
•\ Ability to communicate with kindness, clarity, patience and firmness when necessary.
•\ Good organization, responsibility and attention to detail.
•\ Management of digital platforms, online tools, WhatsApp, email and social networks.
•\ Ability to learn and adapt to an already established management system.
•\ Service orientation and high sensitivity towards tenant satisfaction.
•\ Honest, committed, reliable person with a good willingness to work as a team.
•\ It will be positively valued if the person shares a work vision based on integrity, service and respect for people.
Conditions
