Cultural Manager, Calls and Public Funds\n\nPurpose of the position\nLead the strategy for access to public and private resources that promote cultural, educational and musical projects of DNA Music, as well as opportunities for our community of DJs, producers, musicians and creators.\nThis role will be responsible for identifying calls, formulating competitive projects, managing applications, monitoring results and supporting the legalization, execution and closing of the awarded incentives.\nSchedule and modality\nModality: 100% remote from Colombia.\nDedication: equivalent half-time, with load peaks according to call closures.\nNext estimated peak: July-August 2026.\nStart availability: from June 12, 2026.\nCompensation + Type of contract\nContract: provision of services.\nRemuneration: fixed monthly + bonus for each call awarded.\nWhat we are looking for\nMinimum experience of 3 years formulating cultural, artistic, educational or creative projects for public or private calls.\nVerifiable track record of at least 3 public cultural calls won.\nActual management of platforms such as SINAC and at least one district or local platform, such as IDARTES, Cultura en Línea Cali, Medellín or other equivalents.\nProficiency in project formulation: narrative, justification, objectives, schedules, budgets, indicators and supporting documents.\nKnowledge of the Colombian cultural ecosystem, public stimuli, private funds and regulatory framework related to culture and creative economy.\nExcellent writing, technical criteria, autonomy, rigorous monitoring and orientation towards measurable results.\nAffinity or deep respect for music, artistic education and community cultural processes.\nWhat you will do\nDesign and execute the strategy of calls, public funds, private funds and cultural stimuli for DNA Music.\nMonitor national, district, local and private calls relevant to music, education, culture, youth, creative industries and artistic circulation.\nFormulate competitive proposals from start to finish: diagnosis, narrative, objectives, budget, schedule, indicators and annexes.\nManage applications on platforms such as SINAC, IDARTES and other territorial platforms.\nMonitor the status of the calls, responses, corrections, results and requirements after the award.\nSupport the legalization, execution, documentary monitoring and closure of the awarded stimuli or resources.\nAccompany students and graduates in individual applications for calls, scholarships or cultural stimuli.\nBuild a base of opportunities and learning to strengthen future applications.\nKPIs of the role\nNumber of calls identified and prioritized.\nNumber of projects formulated and applied for.\nPercentage of applications enabled without documentary errors.\nNumber of calls awarded.\nTotal value of resources managed or awarded.\nCompliance with application, correction and legalization times.\nDocumentary quality and traceability of each process.\nImpact\nYour management will allow more musical, educational and cultural projects to access real resources to grow, circulate and generate impact.
