We are looking for a Technical Anomalies Manager to strengthen the management and normalization of readings in a leading energy company.
If you have experience in technical analysis, anomaly monitoring and coordination with internal areas, this challenge is for you!

What will be your mission?
Manage, investigate and follow up on anomalies related to readings and technical difficulties, ensuring timely normalization processes and coordinating actions with the client and internal teams.

Main responsibilities:

Management, investigation and monitoring of technical anomalies.
Management of customer withdrawals.
Database management and basic programming.
Negotiation and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

Electrical Engineering, Execution, Industrial or related.
Experience in technical analysis and process monitoring.
Management of data, systems and reports.
Ability to coordinate and influence internal teams.

Contract Conditions
Modality: Teleworking
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 18:36 and Friday from 08:30 to 14:36.
Contracting: Through Grafton Latam to provide services to the client.
