We are looking for a Contract Manager for an important company in the energy sector.
If you have experience leading teams in the field, controlling operations and ensuring compliance with goals and protocols, this opportunity is ideal for you!

What will be your mission?
Supervise processes and personnel in the field, ensuring that operations are carried out according to the contracts and guidelines of the principal, guaranteeing compliance with goals, safety and operational standards.

Main responsibilities:

Evaluate processes and personnel in the field to optimize operations.
Control the allocation of resources according to the client's calendar.
Supervise and support the supervision team for the correct application of protocols.
Control compliance with operational and security goals.

Requirements:

Execution, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or similar.
Experience in equipment supervision and operational control.
Management of reading and reportability protocols.
Ability to lead and coordinate teams in the field.

Contract Conditions
Modality: Teleworking
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 18:36 and Friday from 08:30 to 14:36.
Contracting: Through Grafton Latam to provide services to the client.
