An important company requests for its work team, personnel with a minimum of 18 months' experience to perform the position of employability manager.\n\nAcademic training: Professionals in psychology, social work, administration, human management, education or related areas.\n\nSpecific functions:\n- Manage and consolidate alliances with companies from different sectors and regions of the country.\n- Operate and keep the vacancy portal updated under the directory model or publication of advertisements.\n- Execute the operational plan of the employability project defined by management.\n- Design and facilitate group orientation spaces for students and graduates (employment clinics).\n- Develop resume and professional profile guides and templates based on digital tools.\n\nSalary: $3,000,000 + quarterly bonus for results + transportation assistance + social benefits.\nHours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional availability on some Saturdays for institutional events.\nType of contract: Indefinite, with social benefits.\nWorkplace: Virtual modality - Medellín.",
