If you have experience in this area and are ready for a new challenge, this opportunity is for you. \n\n Job description\nAs HSE Exam Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the processes of concern and occupational exams, ensuring the correct channelization of requests, monitoring coordination and communication with medical centers, laboratories, polyclinics and internal areas, contributing to the fulfillment of them qualification periods and operational continuity of the service.\n\n About us\nWe are a French company that is a global leader in quality of life services. Our objective is to generate a positive impact on society and contribute to the well-being of our employees, customers and communities in which we operate.\n\n Responsibilities\n Receive, validate and manage requests for concern and occupational examinations from different internal areas.\n Consolidate information in standardized request plans and coordinate the massive sending of requests to medical centers and associated laboratories.\n Carry out continuous monitoring of the status of coordination and response times delivered by ACHS, CMT and external laboratories.\n Coordinate individual, mass and operational scheduling of examinations in the field, according to operational requirements.\n Manage urgent requests and contingencies associated with medical processes. medical qualification.\n Maintain permanent communication with recruitment, human resources, operations, laboratories, polyclinics and associated medical centers.\n Channel and redistribute information related to coordination, results and exam status in the involved areas and people.\n Keep operational tracking and control spreadsheets associated with the exam process updated.\n Support Operational continuity through the correct management and follow-up of personnel qualification processes.
