We are looking to incorporate a Repair Manager to act as a link between the company and the workshops, ensuring the correct monitoring of vehicles in the process of repair and cost optimization.
Main functions
-Monitoring and controlling the status of vehicle repairs in collaborating workshops.
-Assignment and management of appointments with workshops.
-Review and validation of low-cost budgets, following the criteria and agreements established with the workshops.
-Management and resolution of incidents related to spare parts or delays in repair.
-Coordination with workshops to guarantee deadlines and quality of repairs.
-Registration and monitoring of information in internal management tools.
-Communication with the different interlocutors involved in the process (workshops, suppliers, internal team).",
