Are you passionate about technology, analysis and providing solutions to users? We are looking for Technical Support who wants to grow in the world of software and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.

What will be your mission?

Guarantee the quality, operation and implementation of the system through the execution of tests, validation of requirements and timely customer service, ensuring an excellent user experience.

Main functions:

-Execute functional and quality tests on the system modules.
-Validate requirements and visual structure in new implementations or updates.
-Manage and follow up on support tickets until their solution.
-Verify the correct execution of unit tests by the development team.
-Maintain constant communication with clients and developers.
-Attend requests through different channels (chat, email, telephone).
-Record progress, findings and results in defined tools.

Requirements:

-Technician or technologist in systems, software development or related areas.
-Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in technical support or testing (ideal in software companies).

Knowledge in:
-Functional and non-functional tests
-Testing and incident management tools
-Requirements analysis
-Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Working conditions:

-Contract: Indefinite
-Mode: Remote
-Salary: Current legal minimum
-Day: Full time
-Schedule: Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon and night)
-Occasional availability on weekends (additionally paid)",
