Job Description:
Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be involved in the design and development of various printed communication tools and will be primarily responsible for the production of packaging and instruction booklets. You will also support the sales team and participate in various related tasks in a rapidly growing company. Working as part of a small team, you will need to demonstrate good adaptability, flexibility, conscientiousness and great attention to detail.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Design a variety of product packaging, instruction booklets, displays, and a variety of other printing projects;
- Ensure compliance with the brand image and graphic standards in all graphic material;
- Ensure that the concepts and works delivered are complete and that their quality exceeds industry standards;
- Coordination and monitoring of projects with other internal departments and external suppliers;
- Preparation and transfer of files for printing and production;
- Keep shared files and reference documents up to date and comply with naming conventions for file organization;
- Contribute to communications and marketing efforts and strategy.

Requirements:
- Conversational English
- Training in graphic design or infographics.
- Minimum experience of three (3) years as a graphic designer
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe suite
- Knowledge of prepress and printing processes;
- Basic knowledge of WORD, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Attention to detail, meticulousness, flexibility and good resistance to stress.
- Creativity and interest in design and creative processes;
- Creative sense and design skills;
- Priority management, ability to work independently, meet deadlines and work as a team
- Provide Portfolio

Desired requirements:
- Advanced French

Working conditions:
- Negotiable salary
- Mexican candidates can choose to receive their salary in MXN. It's optional.
- Freelance Contract
