Are you passionate about digital growth, continuous experimentation, and building funnels that scale communities? We are looking for a Growth Lead with an analytical mindset and creative spirit to lead the comprehensive creator acquisition, activation and retention strategy on an expanding digital platform.\nAbout the Role\nThe Growth Lead will be the person responsible for designing scalable acquisition strategies, leading experimentation initiatives, optimizing the conversion funnel and coordinating data-driven growth campaigns. You will work transversally with Brand, Creativity, Data and Operations teams to drive measurable and sustainable results.\nMain responsibilities\nGrowth and Acquisition Strategy\nDesign and execute comprehensive acquisition strategies (paid, organic, automations, onboarding flows).\nBuild and optimize always-on strategies and specific campaigns according to business objectives.\nDevelop remarketing, branding and loyalty.\nExperimentation and Testing\nLead tests of creatives, audiences, channels, UGC, landing pages, CRM and experiments with AI.\nPropose MVPs and quick tests that accelerate retention and growth.\nInvestigate global trends in growth, marketing and emerging platforms.\nFunnel and CRM optimization\nIntegrate and optimize tools such as ActiveCampaign, Zapier or others.\nAnalyze the creators' journey by identifying frictions and opportunities.\nGenerate actionable insights together with the data team.\nCampaign Management and Reports\nMeasure performance of paid and organic campaigns.\nPrepare weekly reports on key metrics (opens, remarketing, leads, activation, among others).\nPresent learnings and optimization recommendations.\nTeamwork\nCollaborate with Brand & Creativity to ensure consistency and effectiveness in the campaigns.\nCoordinate with Operations to guarantee correct activation of creators.\nLead the area analyst, accompanying their professional development.\nBudget Management\nDistribute the budget between campaigns and strategic projects.\nMake autonomous decisions about experimentation, platforms and growth tactics.\nKPIs of the role\nCAC and ROAS per campaign\n% of qualified leads\nConversion and activation rate\nParticipation in repeated campaigns\nNumber of monthly creative tests\n% of automations implemented\n% of optimized campaigns\nExecution speed\nCommunity growth and retention\n\nJob requirements\nComplete university degree (Marketing, Communication, Administration, Systems or similar).\nAdvanced English (oral and written).\n+5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Paid Media, Social Media or similar roles.\nKnowledge of acquisition funnels, CRM, remarketing and automations.\nExperience in design, execution and measurement of digital campaigns.\nAdvanced capacity for analysis and creation of reports/dashboards.\nAdvanced use of Excel/Sheets.\nExperience in agile methodologies and continuous experimentation environments.\nLeadership skills, work under pressure and transversal collaboration.\nDesirable: experience in startups, digital products or Creator Economy.\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary according to the market.\nCoverage OSDE medical.\nBirthday off.\nHybrid or Remote modality.\nCulture oriented towards autonomy, creativity and continuous experimentation.",
