Their focus is B2B, partnering with companies that want to reduce their environmental footprint and adopt truly circular solutions. They are currently in a growth stage and looking to scale their impact through strong digital acquisition strategies.\n\nRole Summary:\nIf youre looking for a comfortable job, this isnt it. Were looking for a Growth Marketer with an experimentation mindset and strong focus on metrics, someone who can combine creativity and analytics to drive online growth and support offline expansion.\nYou will have real ownership from day one and work directly on strategies that impact B2B sales. Were not looking for someone who needs step-by-step instructions. Were looking for someone who asks:\nWhat are we testing this week? and owns both the process and the results.\n\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and execute Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns focused on B2B lead generation\nCreate and edit video content for ads and social media\nCollaborate with external agencies and UGC creators for content production\nDevelop creative concepts, hooks, and conversion-oriented copy\nBuild and optimize simple lead generation funnels\nImplement email marketing sequences\nAnalyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, MQL, and SQL\nPropose and execute weekly growth experiments\nSupport basic SEO strategies focused on positioning and demand generation\nBuild simple dashboards to track performance metrics\nIdentify online growth opportunities (e.g., Google Analytics insights) and support offline growth initiatives\n\nRequirements:\n13 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing\nAdvanced English proficiency\nHands-on experience with Meta and TikTok Ads\nAbility to edit video content\nKnowledge of email marketing\nStrong understanding of digital metrics and data-driven decision making\nInterest or experience in B2B environments\nProactive, autonomous, and results-driven profile\nEntrepreneurial mindset and fast learner\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience in startups, consumer products, B2B, coffee industry, or sustainability\nExperience executing campaigns with measurable results\nPortfolio showcasing campaigns, content, or case studies\n\nWork Setup Requirements:\nTo perform this role effectively, you must have:\nA quiet home office space to work optimally.\nA stable internet connection (minimum 100 MB).\nA laptop/desktop with updated software.\nA secondary backup internet option to ensure reliability.",
