Job Description
I’m a Florida-based fine artist known for blending cosmetics with fine art. My business includes originals, commissions, prints, live painting, mobile gallery experiences, lipstick preservation trays, workshops, and special events.
I’m looking for a strategic, business-savvy marketing professional to help grow the revenue side of my brand. This role is focused on increasing online sales, generating qualified leads, and helping create higher-value opportunities such as commercial commissions, partnerships, collaborations, and larger contracts.
This is not just a social media role. I’m looking for someone who can think strategically about growth, offers, positioning, conversion, and getting my work in front of the right people.

Develop growth strategies to increase online sales, leads, and brand visibility
Help position and promote offers such as originals, prints, commissions, live painting, workshops, mobile gallery experiences, and lipstick preservation trays
Advise on or manage paid marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, or others when appropriate
Improve funnels that move people from awareness to inquiry to purchase
Review website, landing pages, and calls to action to improve conversion
Help set up or improve tracking, analytics, and campaign reporting
Identify high-value commercial opportunities such as interior designers, hospitality groups, event companies, developers, luxury brands, corporate buyers, and other aligned partners
Help develop outreach and partnership strategies for commercial commissions, collaborations, and larger contract opportunities
Support follow-up systems for leads, partnerships, and sales opportunities

Comfortable working with a visual, personality-driven creative brand
Understands funnels, lead generation, and follow-up
Can balance creativity, business thinking, and analytics
Strong written and verbal English skills required
Comfortable working directly with a Florida-based, U.S.-based brand
Proactive, thoughtful, organized, and commercially aware
Experience working with artists, designers, photographers, luxury brands, hospitality brands, event businesses, or lifestyle brands
Experience with commercial commissions, partnerships, sponsorships, activations, or brand collaborations
Paid ads experience
Pinterest, SEO, or email marketing knowledge
Experience with outreach, lead generation, or partnership development
Remote (Central or South America preferred)
Florida-based brand / U.S. Eastern Time coordination expected
Part-time / contract to start (10-15 Hours a week)
