In this role we will lead a network of strategic alliances that expands our commercial reach and accelerates sustainable growth. We will manage alliances with high-level partners (resellers, integrators, ambassadors and influencers), creating activation, co-marketing and demand generation programs, in addition to ensuring the monitoring of the indirect pipeline in CRM and continuous improvement based on channel effectiveness and profitability metrics.

Alliances & Partners Manager

Recruit and
activate
strategic allies, covering models such as
resellers, integrators, ambassadors and influencers

Build and execute a plan
consolidation and nurturing
for lasting alliances with high-level partners.
Prepare and implement
collaborative business activation strategies
(objectives, roles, cadences and success criteria).
Coordinate initiatives
co-marketing
to generate joint demand (messages, campaigns, content and campaigns by stage).
Manage the
opportunity tracking
originated through partners, ensuring visibility, quality and advancement in the commercial cycle.
Implement programs
training

to maximize the effectiveness of the indirect channel.
Act responsibly towards

Prospect, select and prioritize new partners with high business potential.

Represent Rankmi in
forums and events
industry to develop strategic relationships and agreements.
Manage the
pipeline of indirect opportunities
in CRM and report actionable insights to optimize the channel.
Analyze metrics

and effectiveness of each alliance, proposing continuous improvements.
We are looking for a person with a proven track record leading sales and growth through B2B partners in SaaS and/or software environments. At Rankmi we value autonomy, clear communication and a focus on measurable results.
Training:
Degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, Commerce or related field.
Experience:
Since
5 years
of sales experience through service partners
B2B
.
Since
2 years
of experience in prospecting, prospecting and contact management for alliances.
Experience in
technological platforms

SaaS
and/or
Software
.
Tools:
From 2 years of experience in
CRM management
(ideally
HubSpot
).
Key skills:
Negotiation of collaboration contracts and definition of incentive schemes.
Indirect pipeline management and commercial discipline based on metrics.
Coordination of co-marketing activities and demand generation.
Ability to build and maintain relationships (stakeholder management) with high-level partners.
Analytical capacity to evaluate effectiveness, profitability and performance by alliance.

Responsibility and criteria for handling confidential information.

Previous experience in indirect channel programs (resellers/integrators) with defined training and incentive processes.
Practical knowledge of strategies

Advanced mastery of commercial reporting with conversion KPIs, sales cycle and performance by partner.
Experience participating in technological forums/events for alliance development.
Additional languages other than Spanish, desirable depending on the target market (to facilitate coordination with partners and teams).
