Mission of the position
Lead demand generation in Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Ecuador, integrating direct prospecting, marketing strategies and working closely with Sales. This role is the owner of the top-of-funnel pipeline, its quality and scalability, with a strong focus on execution and leadership.

Design and execute the comprehensive demand generation strategy for the Chilean market and other countries in the region.
Lead and develop the team of SDRs / prospecting profiles, raising standards of performance and maturity.
Integrate outbound demand generation and partner strategy, ensuring consistency of messages and focus on target accounts.
Work directly with Sales to ensure quality of opportunities, effective handoff and continuous feedback.
Monitor demand and pipeline KPIs, making quick decisions based on data.
Manage a cutting-edge and optimal technological pool (systems) for demand generation, which allows us to scale the generation of opportunities throughout the region.

+5 years
of experience in commercial roles,
demand generation outbound
or partner development in B2B environments.
Experience
leading demand generation teams
(SDR / BDR / outbound).
Mastery of CRM and automation tools (HubSpot or similar).
Proven ability to build pipeline and scale processes.
Empathetic, structured and very results-oriented profile.
