Who are we looking for?
LATAM Sales Manager, who will be able to manage a sales team, build the systematic work of the department and ensure the implementation of sales plans in the Latin American market.
Tasks:
Management of a team of sales managers.
Compliance and over-compliance with sales plans (departmental KPIs)
Establishment of objectives, monitoring of indicators and results.
Funnel analysis and sales performance.
Adaptation and training of new employees.
Increase conversions and the quality of teamwork.
Working with Spanish-speaking clients LATAM
Requirements:
1 year of experience leading a sales team.
Understand key sales metrics (KPI, conversions, plan/actual)
Ability to set tasks and monitor implementation.
Experience in training and development of managers.
Russian language: at least C1.
Spanish - from B1 (with the desire to improve quickly at a work level)
will be a plus
Experience in online education, investments, trading, fintech.
Experience with the LATAM market
Remote management of a distributed team
