Job Description
At Sellectia we are looking for a Headhunter – Specialized Search Consultant.
We are looking for professionals from Argentina, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela and the rest of LATAM (1 vacancy per country) with experience in selecting technical and highly specialized profiles for clients in Spain, under a 100% remote modality.
We are looking for a consultative profile, oriented to results and with high autonomy, capable of managing complete search processes from the definition of the profile to the presentation of quality shortlists.
Main responsibilities
- Raise the profile and requirements with the Sellectia team and/or the client in Spain.
- Design and execute the search strategy: market mapping, direct hunting, networks and portals.
- Publish offers, manage applications and filter profiles according to technical and soft skills criteria.
- Conduct interviews by competencies and prepare candidate presentation reports.
- Submit shortlists of 3–5 candidates within agreed deadlines.
- Maintain constant and professional communication with candidates and the Sellectia team.
- Respect the defined SLAs.
- Update progress of each process and coordinate client-candidate interviews.
Profile requirements
- Residence in Argentina, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela or any LATAM country.
- Verifiable experience as a Headhunter, 360 Selection Consultant or Recruiter for specialized positions.
- Experience working with corporate clients, preferably in technical, middle management or highly specialized profiles.
- Ability to work under a fee/freelance scheme, with high autonomy and responsibility.
- Have your own search tools: databases, portals, agreements and recruitment resources.
- Solid management of LinkedIn (ideally Recruiter or equivalent) and other talent attraction channels.
- Written communication and professional reporting skills.
