Remote | Full-time: Monday to friday 8:00am - 5:00pm\nAbout the Role\nThe Associate Researcher engages with healthcare professionals to collect data and support research initiatives. This role requires responsiveness, adaptability, and teamwork to ensure accurate outreach and documentation.\nKey Responsibilities\nCall and email healthcare providers to invite participation.\nSchedule research calls based on provider availability.\nDocument outreach activities and maintain tracking systems.\nProvide excellent customer experience in all communications.\nSupport team members in outreach and research projects.\nParticipate in quality assurance discussions and team meetings.\nSkills & Qualifications\nMinimum 1 year of experience in customer service with healthcare \nEnglish C1\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks.\nOrganized and efficient in daily outreach activities.\nProficiency in MS Outlook and Excel.\nExperience with Salesforce (preferred); knowledge of Calendly is a plus.\nComfortable giving and receiving candid feedback.",
