Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Remote | Available to candidates in Colombia, Peru, Philippines or Kenya
Time: Monthly to Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)
Language: English C1 (required)
Experience: 12 years | Junior level
Main responsibilities:
Sourcing and attracting healthcare professionals
Interviews, screening and coordination of selection processes
Negotiation and management of expectations with candidates and managers
Compliance with regulations and credential requirements
Administrative support (onboarding, records, basic payroll)
Requirements:
English C1 (indispensable)
Experience in recruitment (preferable in the health sector)
Communication, organizational and multitasking skills
Basic understanding of compliance and hiring processes
