We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Institutional Activation Specialist to support the growth of our health talent marketplace. This role focuses on onboarding and activation of hospitals, clinics and care homes, introducing them to the platform and encouraging their participation.\nLocation: Remote throughout Argentina.\n Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (Central Time - CST). Weekends Off!\n Responsibilities\nIdentify, contact and link health institutions (hospitals, clinics, care homes).\nEducate potential clients about the platform and its benefits.\nDrive the onboarding and activation process in the marketplace.\nPerform outreach through calls, emails and other communication channels.\nBuild relationships with decision makers in healthcare organizations.\nConstantly follow up with prospects to advance the process of activation.\nMaintain accurate records of contacts and progress in CRM tools.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding.\nMeet and exceed activity and performance KPIs (calls, activations, follow-ups).\n Requirements\n23 years of relevant experience (flexible to 1.5+ years for strong candidates).\nSaaS sales experience (Required).\nProven experience in B2B sales, institutional or institutional recruiting. healthcare sales.\nPrevious experience interacting with healthcare or similar institutions (preferred).\nSolid knowledge of sales processes, lead generation and follow-ups.\nManagement of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Instantly AI, etc.).\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and maintain productivity in a structured environment.",
