Consultores de Empresas is looking for a Commercial Architect based in Latin America to join a U.S.-based architecture studio focused on high-end commercial projects throughout the United States.\nThe ideal candidate will support the design and production process, translating design concepts into accurate, detailed, and buildable architectural documentation.\n Key Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain detailed architectural models and documentation using Revit.\nSupport the production of construction documents, including drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details.\nTranslate design concepts into accurate and buildable architectural documentation.\nWork on high-end commercial projects throughout different stages of the design and documentation process.\nCoordinate architectural information with other disciplines and project teams.\nReview drawings and models to identify inconsistencies, errors, and coordination issues.\nIncorporate design changes and client feedback into drawings and models.\nMaintain organized and accurate project files following the studios standards.\nCollaborate with U.S.-based architects, designers, and project teams.\nUse additional design and documentation software as required by the project.\nFollow project deadlines, documentation standards, and quality expectations.\n Required Qualifications\nDegree in Architecture or equivalent professional education.\n5+ years of professional experience in architecture.\n4+ years of previous experience working directly with U.S.-based architecture firms.\nPrevious experience working on high-end commercial or retail projects located in the United States is required.\nStrong experience with Revit, particularly for architectural production and documentation.\nStrong understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and design development.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality documentation.\nAdvanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAvailability to work with a U.S.-based team and schedule.\nExperience with BIM and cloud-based collaboration platforms, such as BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.\nBased in Latin America and available to work remotely.\n Soft Skills\nStrong communication skills: Able to communicate clearly and effectively with U.S.-based teams and clients.\nAttention to detail: Careful and precise when developing architectural documentation and reviewing project information.\nIndependent and proactive: Able to work independently, manage priorities, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.\n Location: Latin America Remote\n Client: U.S.-based Architecture Studio\n Focus: High-End Commercial & Retail Architecture\n If you meet the requirements and are looking for an opportunity to work on high-end U.S. commercial architecture projects, we would love to hear from you!\nConsultores de Empresas\nConnecting talent with new professional opportunities.
