Job Description
FUNCTION: Customer service through chat, email and calls. Manage and update your inventory, fulfill orders on time and keep your account up to date on services offered. There are no sales. There is no collection.
TRAINING: 100% in person | Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. to 2:40 p.m. / For 7 weeks / fully paid.
SCHEDULE: Minimum 35 hours and maximum 46 hours per week /
24/7 campaign, (you work only the number of hours between this range)
SALARY x 46H WEEKLY:
Monthly Base Salary $10,829 + Fixed Component $3,066 = $13,890
Metric Bonus Up to $2,166
Case Resolution Bonus $1,700 - $3,800 (Start after 1 month in operation).
