Description:
Provide personalized attention to guests during their arrival to the Vacation Club area, ensuring a cordial, professional reception oriented to the customer experience. Be responsible for guiding guests to their presentation, coordinating times, and confirming attendance at scheduled meetings. Provide clear and accurate information, maintain an efficient flow of guests, and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth operations. The position requires excellent customer service, positive attitude, simultaneous information management, impeccable presentation and schedule availability. Knowledge of Vacation Club processes and public relations skills are essential to perform the role with professionalism.

Requirements:

Previous experience as Hostess, Customer Service or similar positions within the hotel sector or vacation clubs.

Ability to handle clients, coordinate agendas and manage situations in a professional manner.

Intermediate English (essential for interaction with guests).

Excellent presentation, verbal communication and public relations skills.

Proactive attitude, organization and attention to detail.

Schedule availability according to operation.

Ability to work as a team and under service standards.
