JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator I provides administrative support and services for the Human Resources Department, primarily interacting with the Human Resources team, employees, and managers throughout the company.
JOB DUTIES
Provides administrative support to the HR team.
Helps determine Individual Provider (IP) employment eligibility
Supports HR reporting through HRIS and Excel to provide continuous metrics for HR
Helps with employee onboarding, both locally and remotely.
Assists with all internal and external HR related queries or requests.
Facilitates IP research requests through the HAD/AEN Line admission process
Maintains employee records and confidentiality.
Process Unemployment Insurance claims
Assists with processing new hires and layoffs and other compliance-related HR processes.
Schedules meetings, human resources events and maintains agendas.
Provides support during internal and external compliance audits.
Update SOPs and job aids
Stays up to date with the latest human resources trends and best practices.
Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
Processes incoming and outgoing mail.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
RATINGS
Two to four years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
Experience with an HRIS platform such as Workday.
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Employees must provide their own reliable Internet if working in a remote/hybrid role
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as necessary to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of an office. The incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions during the work day. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk or listen; often requires using repetitive hand movements, manipulations, or sensations; and standing, walking, reaching, bending, or lifting up to 20 pounds.
