The main mission of the position will be to be a protagonist in the administration and ingestion of data that drive the People Management platforms and processes. In this role you will be responsible for integrating, cleaning and transforming data, ensuring the integrity, continuity and confidentiality of the information.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Data Management: Collect, integrate and clean data from internal and external sources to ensure its accuracy and consistency.
Data Architecture: Participate in the design and maintenance of databases, thinking about sustainable and scalable solutions for the future.
Pipelines: Modify, create and maintain data pipelines using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) techniques
Security: Comply with security and privacy policies when handling and storing data.

Position requirements
Professional training in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering or related career.
- Database: 2 years as a Database Engineer (SQL, ER Model).
- Python programming: at least 1 year using python to program and manipulate data, considering data transformations in parquets, data validation and anomaly detection.
- Orchestrators/Airflow: Knowledge of how process orchestration works using Airflow.
- Mastery advancing in SQL

It's even better if you have:
- Knowledge of databricks is desirable
