Job Title: HR Manager – Delivery Service Operations (Bilingual)
Location: Barranquilla, Colombia (Remote)
Schedule: Full-Time (40–50 hours/week depending on season)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Manager to take full ownership of our Delivery Service Company onboarding and hiring operations.
This role is critical to the success of our company. You will be fully responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process for Delivery Associates, ensuring compliance with company requirements and maintaining a smooth and efficient pipeline of new hires.
This is not a basic HR role — we are looking for someone who can own the department, make decisions, and ensure execution at a high level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Company Onboarding Management
•\ Manage the full onboarding process for Delivery Associates from application to activation
•\ Coordinate and track all onboarding steps including:
•\ Background checks
•\ Drug testing
•\ Document collection
•\ Company system registration software
•\ Training scheduling and completion
•\ Ensure all candidates meet compliance requirements before activation
Hiring Pipeline Management
•\ Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
•\ Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
•\ Track candidate progress and identify bottlenecks
•\ Communicate directly with candidates to ensure -completion of all steps
•\ Handle terminations, documentation, and system updates
Compliance & Accuracy
•\ Ensure all onboarding data is accurate and complete
•\ Monitor Company requirements and updates to onboarding processes
•\ Prevent delays, rejections, or compliance issues
•\ Manage workers’ compensation claims, including follow-up and resolution
Communication & Coordination
•\ Act as the main point of contact for all onboarding-related communication
•\ Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and management teams
•\ Follow up aggressively with candidates to keep the process moving
Reporting & Tracking
•\ Maintain organized records of all candidates and onboarding status
•\ Provide regular reports on hiring progress, completion rates, and issues
•\ Prepare documents for annual company audits
•\ Monitor driver attendance, call-outs, and reliability trends
•\ Track safety incidents and ensure proper documentation and follow-up
Process Improvement & Ownership
•\ Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
•\ Take initiative to solve problems without constant supervision
•\ Maintain organized systems for tracking onboarding and HR processes
