HR Operations Coordinator – Remote

Rushmaid is a residential and Airbnb cleaning company based in Miami, Florida. We are expanding our support team in Colombia and are looking for a bilingual HR Operations Coordinator to help manage recruitment and assist with daily operations.

This is a full-time remote position working with an international team.

The primary focus of this role is recruitment and human resources, helping us identify and onboard cleaning professionals who work with our company.

This position will also provide backup operational support, including answering customer calls when necessary.
