Job Description

At Agroup Consulting, we are an international advisory firm specializing in immigration, tax, and cross-border structuring for foreigners, expats, and internationally mobile clients. We work with clients across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, and we are currently expanding our legal operations in Panama.

We are looking for a Panama-licensed Immigration Attorney with corporate law experience to join our team in a full-time position. This is a remote role, but it requires full availability, close coordination with our internal teams, and the ability to handle both immigration and corporate matters for international clients.

This position is intended for a professional seeking long-term stability, daily client interaction, and integration into an international advisory firm.

Key responsibilities
You will manage Panamanian immigration processes, including the Friendly Nations Visa (FNV), Pensionado Visa, investment-based visas, and other residency programs. You will also handle corporate law matters, such as the incorporation and dissolution of companies, corporate filings, and ongoing company compliance.

The role includes conducting in-person procedures when required, such as appearances before the National Immigration Service, MITRADEL, banks for bank account openings, and other government authorities. You will advise clients directly, attend phone calls and video meetings, provide legal guidance, and manage cases from start to finish.

Work conditions
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, remote-based. Due to the nature of our operations and quality control standards, consent to live supervision is mandatory. During working hours, members of our internal team will connect via secure remote sessions to supervise work activity and screen usage in real time.

Requirements

Law degree and active license to practice law in Panama
Proven experience in Panamanian immigration law
Hands-on experience with visas such as FNV, Pensionado, investment visas, and residency programs
Corporate law experience, including opening and closing companies and handling corporate procedures
Experience dealing with Immigration authorities, MITRADEL, and banking institutions
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Availability to work full time under supervision in a structured environment

What we offer

Full-time employment with long-term stability
Remote work with a fixed weekday schedule
Continuous client flow and direct client interaction
Integration into an international legal and advisory team
Competitive compensation based on experience

If you are a licensed attorney in Panama with experience in immigration and corporate law and are looking for a stable, full-time role within an international firm, we would be happy to hear from you..",
