The objective of the position is to ensure correct implementation of the system sold, guaranteeing a professional, orderly and efficient customer experience from business closure to start-up, articulating customer needs with the technical team.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
-\ Etudos linked to IT Systems.
-\ Full time availability.
-\ Minimum experience of 2 years in similar positions in the IT field; in roles in direct contact with end users, with verifiable experience in system migrations (exclusive).
-\ Complete knowledge in the use of process management tools (Trello, Jira, etc.).
