Job Description
Virtual Assistant company is seeking Independent Contractor Inside Sales Representative to
support outbound B2B sales efforts. This role focuses on prospecting, outbound calling, and
closing new business with decision-makers in a professional environment.
This position is ideal for experienced sales professionals located outside of the United States,
including Colombia, who are comfortable working independently and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound B2B prospecting and calling
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
Present and sell company products and services
Close new accounts and drive revenue growth
Schedule follow-ups and manage ongoing customer relationships
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM (Salesforce)
Meet weekly and monthly performance goals
Required Skills:
Confident communicating with senior-level business contacts
Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
Passion for sales and closing business
Tech-savvy and quick learner
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly self-motivated with strong time-management skills
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service
Call center experience preferred
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Willingness to assist where needed to support sales objectives
Position Details:
Classification: Independent Contractor (Non-U.S. / International)
Schedule: 20–30 hours per week (flexible)
Location: Remote – International (Colombia preferred)
Compensation: Commission-based with performance incentives
Commission Structure Options:
10% of net profit on initial sale
5% residual commission on recurring revenue for 6–12 months
Paid monthly after customer payments clear
Commission is calculated on net profit after costs and collected revenue.
Independent Contractor (1099 / International Contractor)
Terms:
This role is not an employee position
Contractor is responsible for all local taxes, fees, and compliance in their country of
residence
No benefits, PTO, or expense reimbursement unless otherwise agreed in writing
Contractor controls work schedule and methods, provided performance standards are met
Engagement may be terminated by either party with written notice
