We deliver advanced, digitally powered business services to help the worlds leading brands streamline their operations in meaningful and sustainable ways.\nWhat will your responsibilities be?\n Execute operational security tasks across infrastructure, applications, and products.\n Monitor systems and networks to identify threats, vulnerabilities, or policy deviations.\n Support the deployment and integration of cybersecurity tools and solutions.\n Assist in conducting security risk assessments and follow up on remediation actions.\n Participate in incident detection, investigation, and initial response activities.\n Maintain and update security processes, documentation, and procedures.\n Collaborate with IT, engineering, and product teams on security-related requirements.\n Provide basic security guidance to internal teams.\n\nRequirements\nAcademic background:\n Technical degree or certification in Systems Technology, IT Support, Cybersecurity, or related fields.\nExperience:\n Experience performing operational cybersecurity tasks or IT security monitoring.\n Experience with basic incident handling and vulnerability identification.\n Experience working with IT or technical support teams is a plus.\nTechnical knowledge:\n Must:\n Basic knowledge of SIEM tools (Chronicle or similar)\n IDS/IPS concepts\n EDR solutions (CrowdStrike preferred)\n Azure AD fundamentals\n Understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP, CIS\n Basic incident management practices\n Vulnerability scanning and follow-up\nDesirable:\n Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure or AWS)\n Technical cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft SC200, or similar\n Exposure to risk or compliance frameworks\nLanguages:\n English B2\n\nWhat we offer: \n Permanent contract \n Remote work modality \n Competitive salary \n Growth opportunities in a global environment\nIf you are proactive, enjoy working in a team, and want to be part of a constantly learning environment, we are looking for you! \nApply now and take the next step to join TP, the best Great Place To Work in Colombia!",
