Looking for a professional to design, develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Go. The position involves participating in architecture design, making technical decisions and contributing to product innovation through the use of AI, LLM and emerging technologies.
Additionally, the candidate will be expected to translate business needs into scalable and reliable technical solutions, collaborating with product managers and team members to optimize large-scale data systems and workflows.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Go.
Participate in architectural design and technical decision making.
Create and improve solutions for contextual segmentation and audience understanding.
Experiment with AI, LLM and emerging technologies to support product innovation.
Develop and optimize workflows and data pipelines for large-scale processing.
Collaborate with product managers and team members to define requirements and user stories.
Translate business needs into scalable and reliable technical solutions.
Create prototypes of new ideas and turn them into production-ready systems.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and stability.
Requirements:
More than 5 years of practical experience with Golang.
Experience with architecture, implementation and monitoring of systems.
Experience working with large-scale data workflows.
Understanding of the principles of scalability, performance and reliability.
Familiarity with the RTB/CTV advertising ecosystem.
Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Upper-intermediate level of English or higher.
