Looking for an individual to join an engineering team focused on the development and improvement of a data-oriented SaaS platform. The position combines work in backend, ETL pipelines and data architecture, with a focus on scalability, quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement and continuously improve the SaaS platform, data warehouse systems and associated ETL flows.
Guarantee the high availability, scalability and performance of the platform and its internal tools.
Work on improving quality processes, testing, automation and new functionalities.
Provide support to internal teams and external stakeholders in the efficient use of platform data and tools.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog management and estimation of technical tasks.
Proactively identify technical blockages and contribute to their resolution.
Track development progress and ensure deliveries within established deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of backend software engineering experience with a focus on data systems or ETL.
Experience in data processing, including cleaning, structuring and analyzing large volumes of information.
Proficiency in Python, Pandas and SQL.
Residence in Europe and availability to work in the European time zone.
Analytical and logical thinking skills to work with complex data structures.
Proactive mentality and ability to autonomously manage priorities.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar (valued).
Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP or Azure (valued).

Salary to receive
€60,000 - €80,000 / year
