Job Description
Mission
Support the preparation of technical reports and graphics related to the projection, planning and structuring of infrastructure projects for r3va clients, as well as supporting some internal management processes. The role performs preliminary analysis, prepares basic plans and graphs, supports budget projections and collaborates in the technical evaluation of existing land and infrastructure, ensuring clear, accurate and viable deliverables.
Responsibilities
Preparation of technical reports
Support the construction of technical reports on ground conditions, existing infrastructure and recommendations.
Perform preliminary analysis of client needs and available project information.
Technical plans and graphics
Develop basic or schematic plans that represent infrastructure proposals.
Prepare sheets and graphic materials to support technical decisions and presentations.
Maintain order of layers, scales, labeling and export to PDF, according to team standards.
Budget projection
Support cost estimates associated with design and construction proposals (preliminary CAPEX/OPEX).
Identify resources and quantities for different phases of the project, with basic measurement criteria.
Evaluation of existing infrastructure
Support the review, registration and technical documentation of infrastructure on properties.
Propose improvements or adjustments based on requirements, feasibility and detected restrictions.
Documentation and communication
Organize technical documentation (folders, versions, nomenclatures, source files and PDFs).
Ensure traceability and availability for internal review and customer deliveries.
Keep the status of tasks and deliverables updated in team tools.
Learning and training
Participate in internal training on r3va regulations, tools and methodology.
Stay up to date on drawing, documentation and cost estimating tools.
Support in internal management tasks
Support operational tasks in Notion and productivity tools, especially in processes, quality, automations and infrastructure/tools/equipment.
Tools (reference)
Notion (mandatory for management and monitoring).
Google Drive / Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and/or Excel.
Drawing/modeling tools (ideal to use one or more):
AutoCAD (or equivalent)
Revit / SketchUp (as needed)
Vectorworks Landmark (desirable if applicable)
QGIS (desirable for territorial support)
Robust PDF handling (export, review, markup).
Requirements
Student in the last semesters or recent graduate in Civil Engineering or related careers, or technical draftsman with a solid foundation.
Basic knowledge of technical design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or equivalent).
Previous experience (up to 1 year) in similar roles or university internships.
Desirable: familiarity with budgets, work quantities and regulations related to infrastructure.
Organization, attention to detail and good written communication.
Willingness to learn, follow standards and work with iterative review.
