The position focuses on the development of playable ads and the integration of artificial intelligence to improve the creation, iteration and performance of this type of advertising formats within the gaming and digital advertising sector.
Responsibilities:
Convert existing games into playable ads using Unity, Cocos Creator, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript or other related technologies.
Train, tune and evaluate artificial intelligence models capable of generating or modifying playable ads.
Develop workflows with artificial intelligence to iterate on game mechanics, interface, visuals, difficulty, pacing and end screens.
Collaborate with creative, growth, data, and engineering teams to improve production processes and scale the creation of playable ads.
Analyze the market, test new ideas and understand the factors that make a playable ad perform well.
Requirements:
Experience in playable ad development, Unity projects, video game development, or creative technology.
Experience with tools such as Unity, Cocos Creator, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, Three.js or Phaser.
Practical experience in training or tuning artificial intelligence models, prompt engineering, or generative AI flows.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming, interactive advertising constraints and performance in mobile games.
Creative mindset, problem-solving ability and ability to connect gameplay, technology and artificial intelligence.
High level of spoken and written English.
At least three years of experience in playable ad development, Unity development, AI engineering, or similar positions.
Experience in analytics, A/B testing, MRAID, ad packaging or ad network specifications is an advantage.
