We are currently looking for a Power Platform Automation and Governance Engineer to join our family and participate in challenging, high-impact projects.\n Do you want to grow, learn and build solutions with a great team?\n This opportunity is for you!\n \nMain functions \n Define and maintain the governance model for Power Platform and Power Automate, including nomenclature, mandatory metadata, ownership, criticality and production release criteria. \nDesign and operate the official environment path for business automations, separating exploration, development, testing and production. \nImplement and standardize ALM for critical solutions using Solutions, Connection References, Environment Variables and Power Platform Pipelines. \nIntegrate the deployment strategy with Azure DevOps when the level of criticality, audit or coordination between teams requires it.\n Design, socialize and enforce DLP policies and connector controls to protect sensitive data and reduce risks of leak or unauthorized use. \nBuild and maintain a master inventory of automations, with visibility of those responsible, dependencies, environments, status, criticality and associated support. \nDefine the monitoring and observability model for automations, including tenant analytics, data export, operational dashboards and alerts in corporate tools such as Dynatrace. \nSupport businesses and makers in the design of sustainable automations, avoiding fragile solutions, not traceable or dependent on personal accounts. \nIdentify automations built on agents, GPTs, co-pilots or other productivity tools, assess their risk and define their transition towards reproducible processes in Power Automate, microservices, AWS Lambda or other formal components. \nParticipate in the technical evaluation of new cases of automation, connectors, integrations, APIs, use of Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, mail, Excel and external services. \nCreate runbooks, standards, templates and reusable documentation for support, operational continuity and internal training. \nPromote good security, quality and resilience practices, including secret management, approvals, rollback, change control and post-deployment verification. \nLead or support the implementation of a Center of Excellence model or automation platform when the organization requires it. \nDefine strategy success indicators, such as adoption, percentage of governed flows, failure rate, recovery time and reduction of technical debt in Default environment. \nCoordinate with architecture, security, operations, data and development teams to ensure automation aligns with corporate standards and business objectives. \nPeriodically present to business and leadership areas the progress of strategy adoption, the risks detected, the achievements obtained and the decisions required to scale the model. \nKnowledge and skills \nPower Platform: Power Automate Cloud, Power Apps, Dataverse, Solutions, Connection References, Environment Variables, Managed Environments, Power Platform Pipelines and Center of Excellence Starter Kit. \nGovernance and security: DLP, connector control, environment control, licensing, ownership, asset inventory, criticality classification and operational continuity. \nIntegration and development: REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, webhooks, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions or AWS lambdas, Logic Apps, PowerShell or Bash, Python, C or Node.js for extensions and advanced automation. \nApplication development: experience designing and building enterprise applications, backend services, integrations and reusable components with maintainability, security and support criteria. \nCloud and Platform: Strong experience in AWS, especially in services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, EventBridge, IAM, Secrets Manager, Step Functions, and cloud-native integration patterns. \nBusiness data and integrations: SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, SQL Server, Azure Storage, OneDrive, SAP or equivalent integrations depending on organizational context. \nCI/CD and platform: Azure DevOps, Git repositories, versioning, PRs, approvals, auditable deployments, change traceability and validation automation. \nObservability: Power Platform analytics, Data export, Dynatrace, operational metrics, alerts and analysis of failure causes. \nArchitecture and operation: process analysis, design of low-code solutions with guardrails, post-deployment support, runbooks, troubleshooting and continuous improvement. \nRecruitment\nSalary to be agreed\nPermanent Contract\nRemote Work\nBy submitting your application for this vacancy, you authorize XpertGroup to collect, store and process your personal data for selection and hiring purposes.
