We are a global urban transportation company created with the objective of providing a mass, comfortable, accessible, non-polluting transportation system, with regular frequencies adjusted to demand, through the support of advanced technological fleet management systems.\nWe are looking for: Automation, Data and AI Engineer\n Objective of the position\nLead the technological modernization of operations through the development of solutions in data, automation and artificial intelligence, optimizing key processes such as route scheduling, revenue management and experience of the client.\nACADEMIC TRAINING\nProfessional with a bachelor's degree or degree in: Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or related careers.\nYEARS OF EXPERIENCE\nRequiredly demonstrate having no less than 3 years of combined experience occupying a position equal to or similar to the requested position.\nDOMAINS (MANDATORY AND DESIRABLE)\nMANDATORY\nDesign and management of relational databases (PostgreSQL / Supabase).\nAutomation of operational processes through scripts and workflows.\nExperience in system integration via REST APIs and webhooks and integrations between systems.\nAnalysis of operational and commercial data to generate KPIs.\nPractical knowledge of Python or JavaScript for scripting and automation.\nPreparation of automated dashboards and executive reports.\nDESIRABLE\nExperience with low-code tools (n8n, Make or others).\nExperience implementing solutions with LLMs or generative AI APIs\nExperience in transportation, logistics or mobility sectors.\n3. POSITION FUNCTIONS\nDesign, maintain and optimize operational and commercial databases.\nBuild data pipelines integrating reservations, telemetry and operations.\nAutomate manual processes through integrations between systems (CRM, reservations, accounting, HR).\nImplement automated dashboards and reports for decision making.\nDevelop predictive models for revenue management, pricing and demand.\nImplement AI solutions for occupancy analysis and customer behavior.\nCreate alert systems, KPI monitoring and operational workflows.\nEnsure integrity, security and traceability of critical information.\nProvide strategic support to management through ad hoc analysis.\n4.
