Looking for a professional to design, develop and manage databases that support IVR and call center applications. The position will also support analytics environments and ensure information availability, integrity and performance, collaborating with technical teams on application and infrastructure changes.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and manage databases that support IVR and call center applications.
Support databases used by both runtime IVR services and analytics platforms.
Write, maintain and optimize SQL queries for configuration changes and application enhancements.
Integrate databases with stateful IVR applications, web applications, and cloud-based components.
Support the development of call center analytics systems and data pipelines.
Ensure data availability, integrity, performance and scalability.
Perform routine database maintenance, monitoring and incident resolution.
Collaborate with IVR engineers, architects and DevOps on application and infrastructure changes.
Perform basic analytics tasks and provide backup support to the Data Analytics team during absences.
Requirements:
More than 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator or Database Engineer.
SQL proficiency.
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Aurora DB and Redshift.
Experience working with NoSQL and RDBMS technologies.
Knowledge of database development in cloud environments.
Experience integrating databases with application and service layers.
Experience with Java, Python or Go.
Experience in shell scripting.
Experience supporting analytics or reporting systems.
Experience in IVR, contact center or telecommunications-related systems.
