Join Our Team as a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer! \nAre you passionate about transforming data into strategic information for decision making?\n If you enjoy analyzing large volumes of information, building analytical solutions and generating value through data, this opportunity is for you! \nWe are looking for our next Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer, an analytical professional, results-oriented and passionate about data, who wants to contribute to the growth of the organization by developing business intelligence solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.\nMain Responsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions for the different areas of the organization.\nBuild and optimize data pipelines to guarantee the availability and quality of information.\nDesign data models and storage structures efficient and scalable.\nDevelop dashboards, reports and management indicators that facilitate decision making.\nGuarantee the integrity, quality and consistency of the data used in the analysis.\nCollaborate with technology teams and business areas to identify analytical needs and propose solutions.\nImplement continuous improvements in BI, automation and information analysis processes.\nMonitor the performance, scalability and security of the implemented solutions.\nTranslate technical findings in understandable information for business users and leaders of the organization.\nPosition Requirements\nProfessional in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related careers.\nMinimum experience of 3 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or similar roles.\nProficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or QlikView.\nAdvanced management of SQL databases.\nKnowledge in data modeling, ETL processes and automation of information flows.\nExperience with programming languages for data analysis such as Python or R.\nKnowledge of agile methodologies and best data management practices.\nKey skills:\n Analytical thinking and problem solving\n Effective communication\n Attention to detail\n Proactivity and innovation\n Ability to translate data into business decisions\n Conditions of the Offer\n Type of contract: Indefinite term + legal benefits.\n Hours: Monday to Friday (schedule administrative).\n Modality: Remote.\n Salary: $3,700,000 + $500,000 Bonus. \nIf you are passionate about analytics, business intelligence and want to be part of a team that drives strategic decisions through data, we want to meet you!
