Job Description
We are looking for a QA Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for ensuring consistently high-quality digital releases through a testing strategy that minimizes defects and protects the user experience on CMS websites. The selected person will work cross-functionally with engineering, design and project management teams to ensure quality throughout the development cycle.
Responsibilities:
Ensure high-quality digital releases through a robust quality assurance strategy.
Proactively identify risks and validate functionalities on different devices and browsers.
Ensure test coverage before release to reduce defects in production.
Integrate quality control throughout the development cycle working with multidisciplinary teams.
Apply and improve QA tools, frameworks and processes to scale quality in projects.
Align the QA strategy with project objectives, deadlines and budgets.
Maintain high quality standards in all deliverables.
Requirements:
Experience in manual quality control in web applications and CMS.
Ability to design test plans and structured test cases.
Attention to detail to identify defects and usability risks.
Experience validating digital experiences across multiple browsers and devices.
Use of tools such as BrowserStack or similar.
Ability to document bugs in a clear and actionable way.
Good asynchronous communication with technical and non-technical teams.
Experience in agency or multi-project environments.
