Job Description
We are seeking a Data Engineer to join the data expansion team, where you will play a key role in integrating and managing legal data from multiple jurisdictions. The selected person will be responsible for designing and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring the quality, consistency and scalability of the information that drives the search, data retrieval and artificial intelligence-based workflows of the company's products.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and optimize ETL pipelines for the processing of legal data from multiple jurisdictions.
Process and transform legal data into XML format, performing validation, normalization and conversion tasks to internal schemas.
Develop and maintain scalable data models and storage structures for large volumes of information.
Coordinate the integration of data from different providers, official sources, APIs and web scraping processes.
Implement metadata enrichment strategies to improve the searchability and relevance of legal information.
Design and maintain high-performance data search and retrieval infrastructures for artificial intelligence-based applications.
Collaborate with product teams, artificial intelligence, and legal specialists to ensure data quality and reliability.
Comprehensively manage the integration of data corresponding to different jurisdictions.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of professional experience in data engineering and participation in successfully implemented projects.
Proficient in Python and experience developing robust data flows.
Experience designing and maintaining ETL and RAG pipelines.
Knowledge of data modeling, data quality, validation, filtering and information consistency management.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD processes and version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, system design and good software engineering practices.
C2 English level.
