Job Description
Seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, operate and improve Snowflake-based data warehouse and services. The goal is to provide reliable, well-modeled data sets and APIs that facilitate analytics and dashboards, collaborating with PD&T analysts and partners to translate business needs into data products.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, operate and improve Snowflake-based data warehouse and services.
Provide reliable, well-modeled data sets and APIs that facilitate analytics and dashboards.
Collaborate with PD&T analysts and partners to translate business needs into data products.
Implement and operate stable ELT and ETL processes in Snowflake and monitor and fix bugs.
Maintain clean layers in data modeling and ensure consistency of definitions with those responsible for metrics.
Integrate new regional platforms into a unified model.
Build and maintain services and data endpoints and consume external APIs.
Add checks and resolve data defects and protect personally identifiable information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
2-4+ years of experience in data engineering or DWH development.
Proficient in SQL and Python, Airflow, Snowflake or similar cloud DWH, Git, JIRA and Confluence.
Clear communication, accountability and quality mindset and ability to turn ambiguous requests into stable data solutions.
Fluent Russian essential.
Fluent English essential.
German or another EU language additional level.
