Job Description
We are looking for an engineer to participate in the development of important projects within the team and in joint initiatives for HR products. HH. and payroll. The position combines technical work with product vision, offering the opportunity to improve existing systems, propose solutions and contribute to the evolution of the platform.
Responsibilities:
Development of powerful projects within the team and collaboration on initiatives.
Active participation in product work, contributing ideas, suggesting solutions and proposing improvements based on technical knowledge.
Maintain a good understanding of the team's domain, from both a product and engineering perspective.
Code review and provision of constructive comments.
Resolution of technical and business problems.
Participation in activities outside the team, such as support shifts, hiring processes or technical discussions.
Guidance and mentoring of other engineers.
Research, proposal and implementation of improvements to the platform.
Development of interfaces considering performance, accessibility and API design.
Redesigned the autonomous agent workflow to become the default execution layer.
Creation of workflows and reusable elements in the code so that they can be applied in different teams and areas.
Use of verification loops (tests, controls, evaluations, protections) to guarantee correct, safe, reliable and scalable results.
Requirements:
Engineering knowledge and demonstrable experience in safe, reliable and scalable production systems.
Hands-on experience designing or implementing automated workflows or similar systems, and improving them through iteration.
Systemic thinking ability, define specifications, decompose plans, implement verifications and guarantee quality.
Experience with Postgres or similar databases.
Knowledge of CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins or equivalent tools).

Salary to receive
$53,000 - $119,000 / year
