Job Description
We are looking for an AI engineer with experience in agent-based systems and language models to join the team responsible for developing advanced artificial intelligence solutions. The selected person will participate in building, evaluating and improving agentic systems, collaborating with product and engineering teams to create scalable and reliable solutions powered by AI.
Responsibilities:
Develop and extend agent systems based on language models (LLMs).
Participate in the evolution of generative AI products and intelligent assistants.
Design, maintain and improve evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate and leverage customer data into AI-based solutions.
Monitor and optimize agent performance using benchmark metrics, tests, and data sets.
Assume technical responsibility for specific areas within agent platforms.
Contribute to the definition of evaluation methodologies, quality and reliability of models.
Work in collaborative environments promoting good development practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Experience designing and implementing agent systems in production using LangGraph or equivalent tools.
Experience in creating or improving evaluation pipelines for language models (LLMs).
Proficient in Python in production environments.
Experience with FastAPI, PostgreSQL and backend development.
Experience working with AI platforms such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock or Google Vertex AI.
Knowledge of LLM observability and monitoring tools such as Langfuse, LangSmith or similar.
Understanding of concepts of reliability, quality and evaluation of AI systems.
Good communication and technical collaboration skills.

€77,000 - €97,000 / year
